My fish haven't been swimming all day, what could be wrong?
I have 3 comets (and two other black fish, not sure what they are) but all of today they haven't been swimming much and hardly get excited to eat when I come near the tank, where normally they swim frantically around the tank waiting for me to feed them and then come up and eat. the only recent change was last week we changed their food from normal flakes to some other food recommended by the pet shop (name is in an asian language so don't know what to call it but it was for bigger comets as mine would need to be fed a lot more earlier as they had grown.
Im not sure if the change of food can affect them or mayb they have differnt sleep patterns? as in sleep 1 day be awake for 2 days or something, but anyone with any information? really worried as they've just been at the bottom of the tank doing nothing.
Do you have a heater in your tank? Gold Fish will slow down when there cold.
