Are there any multiroom hi´-fi systems that are compatible with Bose cube speakers ?
I have an old Bose home theater system 25. It has two listening zones and a cartridge for 6 CD´s. I did a house refurbishment a few years ago during which all the wiring for the two zones was embedded in the walls.
For the third time in two years, the CD´s cartridge has broken. I have been checking in the Bose site and if a I want to change the base (just the CD player and radio ), I would have to buy the whole set--base plus cube speakers plus bass box. Obviously I am not interested in speakers or a bass box. .
So my question to you is as follows :
Is there a device for or way of using my existing Bose speaker set-up with a new system that allows radio, CD, perhaps a connection to internet radio and an easy connection with my Ipod?
The system should have multiple listening zones controllable with one or several remote controls.
