Why is it that when white people use the "N" word people get offended, but yet black people use it all time
Black people use it all the time, but when a white person such as Dog the Bounty Hunter uses it people get all upset and offended. It seems like a doubble standard.
Katie B-I have many friends who are black and I have asked them. They are not offended by the word.
I guess my actual question is, why is it a double standard?
You guys are so short sighted it is not funny. If you have a friend who is black and refer to him as a "N" as in "buddy" or "how you doing "N" that is not being a racist. All all are so shorted sigted that if a white person says "N" then it HAS to be racest and that is just wrong! Who is being the racist now?
I am not black. but i can relate. i have a very similar scenario. I am a Filipino. During Spanish colonization, we are called "indios". It means Filipino citizens of low standards and are basically treated as househelp. Understanding our history, I cannot accept the fact to be called Indios again by a foreigner. I can easily joke to friends and call them Indios and we will not be offended. But if a foreigner calls us Indio, then its a war.
