How do you make jambalaya?

I have limited ingredients, and can't afford to go shopping for a couple days. Ingredients I have that I think will work are: smoked sausage, rice, cajun seasoning, minced onion, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic chips that came in a grinder, salt, pepper, butter and olive oil. I appreciate any help. If possible, can someone explain exactly how I would do this?
I also have beef bullion cubes
I do have a can of diced tomatoes, also salsa. I do not have tomato sauce.

You appear to have all of the needed ingredients for a sausage jambalaya. I would leave out the olive oil and butter beings the sausage will have enough oil fat when fried down.
In a 5 qt.pot start by frying down the sausage until brown in color.remove excess fatty oil add all of your seasonings you have on hand. Go easy on the salt.If you have any Worcestershire sauce add about a teaspoon along with a few dashes of pepper sauce. You can cook your rice on the side ( about 3 cups ) or add the dry rice into the mixture and add enough to cover the contents by at least 2 1/2 "for the rice to cook and expand.Cover pot use medium heat when you first add the rice then reduce to low when rice begins to expand. It should be ready in less than two hours.
