The answer to your question is you cant. Nearly all modern viruses, malware and spy-ware actively look for a PC that has no protection. You don't have to find them, they will find you!
If you have no AV protection your users will not thank you and you may find your clients quickly disappear, do yourself a favour and get some protection now.
Your clients will be wanting to upload and download content and shop online, if you have virus infested PCs with no security protection you put your customers at risk and their data, and more importantly yourself. You have a duty to protect the security of their transactions and devices and may find yourself in legal trouble if you do nothing to protect them.
