emboar might work as a lead, it can beat most of them. Just make sure you switch out when you have to. And it's hard to bulk up on the first turn and do something, so I think you should just attack, then come back later and bulk up. And you can teach it taunt, but it'll only stop the slower pokemon, so I'm not sure if you want to use it.
haxorus is missing 4 EVs, put it in hp. It would be ok to put this as lead since it works. If not, get rid of focus sash because stealth rocks/spikes is going to break it. Even if it doesn't, haxorus can take a hit. Lum berry or life orb would be a better choice.
I kind of don't like seismetoad, because it's 4x weak to grass, which is a common type, and water ground poison isn't too good. I think vaporeon would help more with wish because ferrothorn and cofagrigus would benefit from heals. The standard set would work here.
And ferrothorn is missing a move and an EV. Add 1 hp, but I think you should move some of those defense EV's into hp. As for the last move, teach it stealth rocks, it'll be useful. And choose thunderwave over toxic, you don't want things setting up on you.
As for eelektross's item, give it leftovers if you didn't get vaporeon, expert belt if you did. Eelektross can get lots of wishes because people use electric attacks at vaporeon a lot.
