Where is the best place in America to have a horse ranch?
I'm writing a story and I need to have just the right setting of where I need my horse farm. It has to be somewhere full of lush green hills. Lots of acres. Any help?
Ps. It has to be near a small town with a public school.

I'm assuming by 'ranch' you imply that it's a western farm.
If so, probably Nevada.
Kentucky or Montana are also good choices.
