I am about to enter outpatient program. What are ways to recover? By the way, what is my minimum body weight that must be maintained as I am 1.77m or 1.78m? My current body weight is 52kgs? I was just discharged from the hospital 2 days ago after being hospitalized. I only ate one Kelloggs' Cereal Bar and drank orange juice for the whole day yesterday? Am I restricting myself too much from eating? Lastly, can someone set up my meal plan? For the last 2 months, I have been only drinking zero calorie drinks and ate very little. Mostly, I only ate 3 pieces of olives or 4 pieces of mini rice balls for the whole day. What are ways to recover from anorexia? I think I'm anorexic. You know what I want you to start doing? Eat fruits and vegetables...drink fruit shakes and smoothies. For anorexic people, skinny people, etc...drinking your calories is EASIER then eating them..so do that. You are limiting your caloric intake which is bad. Eat some icecream if that helps. You know what else you can do? Look for natural/organic type meal replacement powders or meal supplement powders..mix them in some almond milk and drink up. You're going to have to start eating more slowly, but it'll happen if you give enough time to it. Eat fruits, eat plenty of bananas too.
