I am a single lesbian and am considering using a sperm donor to become pregnant (UK)?
I am a professional lady, with good social supports and male friends. I feel that I have a lot to offer a child. I know that a child needs male role models, and ideally two parents, but that is not the situation I am in. I live in a town where there are a lot of gay couples, and some with children, so I feel that my child would not be disadvantaged. Is there anyone out there who has had a child in this way? My wife and I have a 7 month old child if you are single I would advise against it. That beautiful little angel takes both of us to raise her. I suggest you reconsider until you can get help from someone who has a parent's love for the child.
