I can't read neon blue signs (they are really blurry to me)?
I have really good vision (I don't even wear or need glasses) But tonight I was at dinner with my family and I asked them if the name of the restaurant across the street (which was in bright [maybe neon] blue) was really blurry to them. They all said no, they could see it perfectly. It was so blurry for me that I couldn't even read what it said. It just looked like one big blue blur. However, I could read the red words next to it perfectly, and even other restaurant names that were like twice as far away. On the drive home, I payed attention to other blue signs, and it turns out they were all completely blurry... even to the point where I had to ask "okay so, is that blue right there words? or is it just a blue square" Turns out it said "car wash"

It's highly likely that you're slightly MYOPIC (or short/nearsighted). Myopic people don't tend to see Blue/Green colours at night well, becuase their lens focus better on Red lights.
You're not COLOURBLIND.. as it's VERY VERY very RARE for a girl to be coloured blind. And if you were, it would be red/green or blue/yellow... rather than just blue.
Check with your Optometrist.. perhaps a mild prescription glasses will solve all this.
