What are the best granola/cereal bars to eat when on a diet?
Actually, I don't really like to call it a diet...more like a lifestyle change! I'm trying to get really healthy and am wondering what my best option is for granola/cereal bars? I like nutrigrain bars, but I found out they really aren't healthy for you and should be considered junk food. I also like Special K Bars but I know those are bad for you as well. Any advice?
