How can I disguise the taste of 'new oven' in a roast chicken ?
We cooked two chicken last night as we had a big family gathering - one oven ( the one we USUALLY use ) cooked a lovely chuck - the other oven made the chicken taste WIERD...kinda new oven newspaper taste! How can I use this chicken up - maybe a curry ? what other strong flavours could i use to disguise it or should i throw it away?
I would do what you have said make a curry.Leave it stand so the flavours get absorbed by the chicken then tuck in & enjoy.Happy Easter
