I need help once and for all!!!?
Alright, I want to loose weight, tone up, and be healthier. Starting tomorrow!!
I am eighteen and weigh now about 130 pounds. I am sick of it! I would love some help and tips for what to do, what to by, and when to put it all together!
I can go shopping tomorrow, but I eat lunch and dinner in the campus caf. everyday. So i will be shopping for snacks, and breakfast, which I can make in my dorm.
Here's my schedule for Tuesday:
9-10 Class
12-1 Class
4-6 Class
-I am looking for a short daily morning rep routine.
-Ways to loose weight and tone up my theighs, stomach and upper arms.
-A walking or cardio routine
-Easy ways to fill myself up, and avoid sitting and watching tv.
-A daily night rep routine.

You don't say how tall you are. If that is a college schedule contact the PE department and see what they have available in fitness programs for students. Not classes just work out plans and suggestions. You are not alone. For snack foods go for fresh raw fruits and veggies, protein snacks like cheese sticks, slimjims or hard boiled eggs. For breakfast instant oatmeal is a good choice, check out Quakers new weight loss variety, alternate that with toast or a bagle with cheese and peanut butter. Keep the sweets, high fat and high carb foods too a minimum and the red, yellow, green and orange things to a max.
A walking routine is just that, walk. Can you do three miles in under an hour and still carry on a conversation with a friend? If you do three miles every day you will firm up those thighs, abs, calves and butt. Grab a couple one or two # hand weights and swing them or push up over head in rythm with your stride and your upper arms will get the program too.
