Will I lose weight on this diet?
I am going to a formal with this boy I am crazy about in 3 weeks, but i am fat, and feel as though he's too good for me. I am 15, 5"8 , and around 137 pounds. Will I lose weight on this diet? (this is how i have been eating for awhile, but lately i have been eating a lot of junk when i get home from school)
Breakfast:
1 cup honey nut cheerios with lowfat milk
Lunch:
Water Bottle and 1.5 cups of red grapes
Snack: Fruit smoothie (1 banana, light and fit yogurt (80 calories), cinnamon, and coconut water (20 calories)
Dinner:
Varies. Our kitchen is getting redone, so we have been eating out a lot. But i usually tend to keep it under 600 calories.
I also drink lots of water, and eat a lot of fruit. For example, when i am done writing this, i am going to get an apple, haha.
Will I lose any weight, or at least not gain any?
That sounds like a pretty good diet for losing weight as you are eating small meals spread out throughout the day.
I would listen to your body though. If you are feeling light-headed or dizzy, don't just ignore it. Eat something little like crackers or something.
But yeah, that doesn't sound unhealthy or anything.
