why am i eating like this, is it normal?!?
i just came home from college for the weekend. this happens a lot..but not to this extreme. i think i'm supposed to get my period in 6 days, but i still dont find this normal.
i ate like this 3 days in a row.
bowl of cheerios, poptart, 2 macadamian nut cookies, vanilla wafers (1 serv.), milano cookie, soft pretzel, handful of combos, handful of almonds, handful of caramal popcorn, some pumpkin cobbler bread, & diet hot choc....and i have to go to this banquet for dinner =(
I tend to be like that when I go home for the weekends too. I don't know about you, but I only have 12 meals a week. It's not like I starve myself, but when I am home I see an unlimited amount of food and eat everything!
Try to schedule your eating habits more. When you are home, try to maintain the same time and amount you normally eat during the day.
As I said before, I will have two meals a day at school. I try apply the same concept at home, while keeping snaking to a minimum. Ask yourself when you snack, "would I be eating this right now at school"?
