Avians take flight
'neath an emerald clad sky
Twin trees lies beneath,
glistening in the last glimmers of sunlight.
Harken to the cry of all that lives,
The flap of wings,
the soft blowing of the wind.
A silent goodnight to the world.
Though twisted through my fading mind,
The view is truer
than any I have seen.

Beautiful; absolutely splendid! The only change you need to make is this: Twin trees LIES should be LIE; change the plural verb to singular to be accurate with your plural noun.
