Will Hot Shot brand Hornet Killer kill a Black Widow?
I found two Black Widows, quite large ones, on my front porch. I sprayed both of them with some Hot Shot Hornet/Wasp Killer and would like to know if it's powerful enough to kill these spiders. I wasn't at a spot where I could physically kill them, otherwise I would have. Looks like one is curled up inside the eve after spraying it but I can't tell if it's dead or not. Other one scurried away as soon as I hit it with the spray. I hit both of them dead on for about a second. Any answers are greatly appreciated!

Never assume something is dead until you know for a fact that it is dead. They could both be alive. Haven't you seen X-Men Origins yet, you can't assume things are dead unless you are 100% positive.
