Hey..! A little Help on tennis?
Ok firstly i want to clear a few points.
while playing tennis how to control sweating.
bands- wristbands, headbands
i have a good grip along my wilson racket..
but i wanted to kno if shorts above the knees, jeans, 3/4 th pants, are ok.
what if i wear a sleeveless shirt and shorts above the knee and socks about the ankle , sunglasses , cap, wristband.
also give me some good websites about tennis..
and a little extra if you'll ont mind ..
while wearing sleeveless will anyone comment badly of arms and how to show muscles.
how to gain a mastery in tennis..

also whereever possible youll can give me some tips on dressing.. my shorts appear to be hardyly 5 inches from my shirt .. is it right?
First of all, do not worry what others think of you or you cannot concentrate on your game.
here are the answers to your questions:
a headband, just under the hairline, not to keep your hair up, but to keep the sweat out of the eyes is extremely useful. I use this. Wristband only help if you do not sweat in your closed hands while gripping the racket unless you sweat on your forearms(which is a male tendancy) when you are really exerting yourself,
Sunglasses are not recommended because they darken your field of vision and may cause eye strain while trying to keep up with a fast moving ball. Cap is fine, for keeping the hair out of the way and to keep the sun out of your eyes. The shorts, are okay, as long as they are not too baggy because they might hinder your movement. (I learnt this the hard way). Sleeveless shirts are FINE. DO not worry about looking good in clothes on the field, as you will drench the clothes in sweat anyway, but make sure you feel comfortable and confident in the clothes(nothing too tight or loose)
No one will have time to see your arms if you are playing properly and anyway, even if you are not shapely(impossible compared to me) you will not hear their comments if there are any at all and so you have nothing to worry about except giving them a good game so they follow the ball and not your arms.
I got good at tennis by playing constantly and HARD Core. I mean REALLY hard. Other than that, it is just practice. I would recomment training against a wall, NOT TOO SMOOTH preferably as it adds the element of surprise to the balls rebounds and will increase your reaction time and will give the training a feel of realism too it, instead of having the ball bounce straight back to you where you know you will hit it, it will go wild, as it would in a real match.
If you are a guy, not seeing the shorts is not right, I would recommend midthigh or knee level, NOTHING LOWER as it will HINDER MOVEMENT.
